Custom Labels and Decals

MFG Labeling offers many durable and reliable Label and Decal options. Some substrate materials include adhesive backed anodized aluminum foils, pressure sensitive vinyl, Mylar, polyester, BOPP, polypropylene, and more to provide labels designs to suit any range of application. Add extra protection and durability to your label or decal with an indoor or UV protectant outdoor laminate. Finishes are available it Matte, Gloss, and Velvet Textured.

Roll Labels – Digitally Printed or Flexographic Printed

Digitally Printed or Flexographic Printed roll labels are an economical solution for product identification when your needs require printing for large production runs. Roll labels are much easier use, dispense and manage your labels in larger quantities. Roll labels can be used with dispensers and automatic label applicators, or simply just easy hand application.

Digital Printed Custom Labels

Digital Printed Custom Labels on a roll format offer less waste with faster concept to print capabilities. The highest quality digital printing technology paired with the right materials are used to provide a consistent, bright, and colorful print every time. Whether you have an indoor application, or your need is durable weatherable outdoor labels with UV resistance, digital printing offers endless multicolor printing while keeping your set up cost to a minimum.

FLEXO Printed Labels

Flexographic roll printing is premier when it comes to large production run printing. It is a printing method that uses flexible plates that are made of rubber or plastic. Each of the plates gets rotated on a cylinder and gets coated with a quick drying ink. The material runs between the print plates and the impression roller, which puts the ink graphics onto the substrate material. Although set up is a bit timelier, once the printing begins making labels in large quantity becomes very time and cost efficient.

Anodized Aluminum Foils – Process Anoprint Dye and Seal

Anoprinted dyed and sealed anodized aluminum foils are an ideal choice for applications where long term durability is required. Aluminum foil labels are strong, lightweight and are an economical choice where weight and flexibility are required. Anoprints are anodizing dyes which are silk screened into unsealed open pores on anodized aluminum surfaces. After the silk screen print process, the anodized aluminum is bath sealed closing the pores of the aluminum holding the colored dyes to create your permanent marking graphics. These Anodized Aluminum foils are resistant to sunlight, high temperatures, salt sprays, abrasives and cleaning solvents. Anodized Aluminum Foils are typically mounted with adhesive. We have many adhesives suitable for just about any application and any mounting surface.

Metalphoto Anodized Aluminum Foils – Process Metalphoto

Anodized aluminum foils are an ideal choice for applications where durability is required. The metalphoto process is excellent for short runs of black on aluminum. This process exposes silver halides embed in unsealed anodized aluminum. When exposed to light, the silver halides in the material turn black to create the graphic image. Once bath sealed this process creates a fully anodized aluminum image as either a black graphic or a black background with aluminum contrast. These Anodized Aluminum plates are resistant to sunlight, high temperatures, salt sprays, abrasives and cleaning solvents. Anodized Aluminum Foils are typically mounted with adhesive. We offer many adhesives suitable for just about any application and any mounting surface

Vinyl Transfer Decals

Vinyl Transfer Decals, which are die cut, are the best way to display your logo or graphic if it has a complicated shape or intricate design. Each decal is cut precisely to the shape of your design which means no visible background or border. Your shape or design appears to have a seamless transition between the decal and the product you are adhering it to and is easily applied to any surface. Vinyl Transfer Decals are typically digitally printed and can accommodate a laminate that is UV and weather-resistant making them durable and ideal for indoor or outdoor applications.
