We were recently presented with the challenge of fabricating a Conservation Easement Boundary Sign for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry.
The goal was to produce an economical sign that was visually appealing, durable, and highly readable in harsh outdoor environments for many years.
Our solution was a .032” aluminum substrate with white polyester paint coating, screen printed using UV-resistant outdoor solvent-based inks, and embossing for permanent legibility.
We reinforced mounting holes with brass grommets to increase durability on irregular surfaces.
